This two-page cheat sheet summarizes the main points in the Fret Science video titled: "Learn ALL the Modes on Guitar in Just ONE Day with this EASY Method" (aka "Unlock the modes!" ), and provides a valuable reference to keep near your guitar. It includes the 5-string universal pattern that easily recreates the five CAGED major-scale/modal fingering patterns, shows how these five fingering patterns are "rotations" of each other, shows how to recreate a scale pattern on the fly wherever your fingers are, and shows how to pivot back and forth to the related pentatonic scale.
